Rent roll
A portfolio-level view of units, tenants, recurring rent, occupancy and collection status for a selected period.
Room chart
A calendar-like operational view showing room availability, bookings, arrivals, stays, departures and blocks.
Housekeeping status
The current readiness of a room, such as occupied, dirty, cleaning in progress, inspected or ready for the next guest.
RWA
A Resident Welfare Association representing residents or owners in a residential community, subject to its applicable governing documents and local rules.
Maintenance billing
Charges raised by a housing society for shared services, funds or other approved expenses, usually allocated by flat or an agreed rule.
